30 Reviews for Admiral Markets
A very good, user friendly and generally safe environment for individal investors but Admiral martkets like the moneylender in Shakespeare’s Merchant of Venice demands from Antonio his pound of flesh.
The company is really friendly and transparent. Putting more trading platforms will be more helpful though
Wanted some answers to leverage questions I had. Jordan answered my queries truthfully and professionally and I am a bit wiser. Thanks Jordan.
Davano Hall support me today with some inquires I had and he helped me so much
many thanks
Minor issues from time to time, but overall great services, good support and good spreads and commissions.
takes long if not none to respond to issues.
I do write the lead time response to request and queries. After Admiral markets I do not think I want to try another broker. Withdrawal is a bit delayed but i understand this could be due to the complexities of where i trade from – Nigeria.
Like to thanks Admiral markets is truth can believable can trusted broker support It
Caitlin helped me out a lot with my account figuring out where everything went wrong with the setting up of my account. After a couple of weeks of frustration, I finally have some answers. Great help!
Decent broker. Spreads are tight. Big downfall is not having 24/7 BITCOIN markets!
Great trading experience and really nice support. My nr1 broker right now.
OK – NOT SO GREAT
Super range of instruments to trade, using for US/UK stocks & crypto, decent platform but wire deposits only
I funded my ac w 5k but received less than that in my ac
Some lack of knowledge perhaps – I wanted to know the current build of MT4 (which I had to learn elsewhere). Otherwise working hard to give me good service.
its a good platform. lower spread than my previous broker. I didn’t give 5 star because i had little issues the trading platform and with charts. overall i would strongly recommend the broker.
I requested a withdrawal last week Thursday of $500 i already withdrew 200% from the method i used to deposit thats why i used wire transfer..please kindly check it account number is 6068976
Good interface, good answers, nice tips, nice results.
Good page. Swaps could be somewhat better. They could put more variety of raw materials
Overall quite good. I am from Malaysia. The part that I hope Admiral Markets can improve more is on the withdrawal and deposit. It will be better if they can have local depositor . By doing so, client can save money when deposit as credit card company charge high processing fee which is really unfavor to client. If client go to deposit large fund in Bank, the bank require you to obtain approval letter from Bank Negara Malaysia, which bring a lot hassle to client. Moreover, with local depositor, it can speed up the withdrawal process. They done a great job on this part. Withdrawal same day can be received and when withdrawal and deposit the conversion rate is fair enough to client as well.
best brocker amongst all that i have used. Their spread is well low, though i had a bit of challenge for my account approval. But overally I’m satisfied even the speed in placing and closing is great!
Good only slippage issue
no problem
sometimes connection is lost but it recover rapidly (< 2 minuts)
It’s been great!!! Will like to see more user friendly terminal developed for MT5
I can not withdraw while my account is very normail, I’m sad
very good service
Good customer Service from support personnel Dimitra. Admiral markets is a very well established broker.
supports are very helpful as always. thanks.
I am not happy about withdrawal service
When u deposit it will come in your website straight away but withdrawal takes long time
Please can you do quick withdrawal
Thanks
So far very good. My emails were responded to promptly, deposit was swift and your spreads are low. I love using this broker, I have not made a withdrawal as yet (which is the main indicator for me), so for now 4/5 stars. Once I withdraw it will determine the fifth star and I will again review. Thank you.
